Police surrounded a 2 square mile area in Westminster Saturday evening after spotting a dangerous fugitive walking in the area.
Travis Kanmore, 36, was wanted on multiple counts of assault, kidnapping and domestic abuse and is considered to be armed and dangerous. He was captured just after 7 p.m.
The perimeter extended from 120th Ave to 124th Ave and I-25 to Huron.
Police searched the Cottonwood Villas area after Kanmore was initially spotted at Casa Estates.
