Denver man charged with murder for infant son's death
DENVER - Prosecutors have filed formal charges against the father and mother of 3-week-old boy who died earlier this month.

Travis Anderson, 26, faces a charge of first-degree murder and two counts of child abuse resulting in death. Crystal Eccleston, 27, is charged with child abuse resulting in death.

Prosecutors alleged Travis Anderson severely beat his 3-week-old, Sean, who was brought to Children's Hospital on Dec. 15th. He passed away on Dec. 19th.

Prosecutors say Eccleston contributed to the baby's death through her failure to seek care for the child.

Both parents were being held at the Denver County Jail on $500,000 bond each.
