A Federal Heights man is worried he may be out of a home soon.
Roger Cordova says he won a condo at Roth Park in 2007. He says the developer, Tom Collins, offered the condo giveaway as part of a benefit for the Salvation Army.
The event was broadcast live on KHOW radio.
Cordova's family says they moved into the home in 2007, but never got a deed. Now, the family has received an eviction notice. They say Collins is trying to get the condo back.
"He wasn't going to honor the condo because of the economy," Cordova said. Cordova says he won't go without a fight.
"We might handcuff ourselves to the pole or something like that," he said.
FOX 31 called the developer several times. He did not return phone calls.
