Good news if you're looking to raise a family in Denver. The Mile High City is number 6 on the list of "America's 10 Best Places to Grow Up."
According to US News & World Report, a low crime rate, strong schools systems and an ideal community to raise children were all factors in deciding which cities came out on top. Denver made the top ten based on its large city park system, professional sports teams and its 300 days of annual sunshine.
